1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hbije ("Platform", "we", "our") and you ("User", "Player"). hbije is an online betting and casino platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh.

3 Account Security & Privacy

3.1 Password & Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your hbije account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone under any circumstances. No hbije representative will ever ask for your password by phone or email.

3.2 Account Responsibility

All activity carried out on your account — whether correct or erroneous — falls within your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. hbije will not bear responsibility for losses resulting from failure to report a security breach promptly.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, hbije follows its own account-related policy. Contact the support team for more details.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hbije offers new players a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance of ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance of ৳24,000

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000, regardless of the deposit amount.

6 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

Once a bet is placed on the hbije platform, it is considered final. If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical error, hbije reserves the right to review and correct that bet. If you do not receive a bet confirmation message, notify the support team.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, Asian Cup), kabaddi, and various other sports. Odds and markets may change in real time. If odds change after a bet has been placed on a specific outcome, the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

Results in live dealer games and slot machines are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a real-time dealer. Results of completed bets remain valid even if the connection is lost. In crash games like Aviator, if the round ends before you cash out, the bet is considered lost.

6.4 Game Errors & Technical Issues

If abnormal payouts occur due to software errors, network issues, or other technical reasons, hbije reserves the right to void those payouts. In such cases, your original deposited funds will be returned.

7 Prohibited Activities & Usage Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbije platform:

• Fraud, hacking, or attempting unauthorized access to another person's account;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse);
• Intentionally changing betting patterns to avoid bonus wagering requirements (arbitrage betting);
• Playing games using computer bots, automated scripts, or any other automated method;
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently toward other players or staff;
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities (bugs) in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
